Garment Care

Dear Customer,

As suppliers of quality products, we strive to ensure the durability and good condition of all our garments. However, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of proper care to maintain their quality and appearance. In this regard, we want to strongly remind you of the importance of following the specific washing and care instructions provided by us for each garment.

We caution that any damage, discoloration, shrinkage, or any other alteration suffered by the garments due to improper washing or care will not be our responsibility. It is essential to follow the washing, drying, and ironing instructions indicated on the labels of each garment. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in irreparable damage and the loss of the warranty offered by us.

PRINTED CLOTHING:

We use the latest direct-to-garment printing technology to offer a wide variety of design color options. We use high-quality inks that do not fade for a long time if properly cared for.

Please note that the original manufacturer's care instructions do not account for the printing process. Therefore, we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to properly care for your printed garments.

Printed clothing can be machine washed in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners or dry clean the garments.

Printed clothing can be tumble dried on a low setting, but hang drying works best. When ironing, use a cool iron inside out. Do not iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking of the garment that may occur if washed or dried at high temperatures.

EMBROIDERED CLOTHING:

Embroidered clothing can be machine washed in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but the safer option is one that is chlorine-free.

If you notice any color residue in the water, rinse the garment in warm water and then in cold water several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, do not leave the clothing soaking or piled up while wet. Do not wring out embroidered garments, but if you want to dry them in the dryer, use a cold air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do so inside out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. Do not wet the embroidery before ironing and do not use a steam iron.

If you have any doubts or inquiries regarding the specific care of any garment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be delighted to provide you with the necessary guidance to ensure the longevity and optimal quality of our products.
